McGlone Plumbing was formed in 1973, and has gone from strength to strength.
Originally based in Tawa Wellington, the business grew and relocated to Broken Hill Road Porirua where you can find us today.
Mark McGlone started plumbing back in 1973 (that’s right, last century) as a one-man band, but today he has a band of 12, dedicated Plumbers, Gasfitters and Administration staff at your service.

McGlone’s are a member of New Zealand Master Plumbers Wellington Association and were awarded “Trainer of the Year” in 2008.
General repairs and maintenance:
We specialize in emergency plumbing repairs, clearing blocked drains and burst pipes. We can fix water lines, repair taps and toilets and replace broken or cracked pipes.
Does your hot water unit require servicing or replacement?
McGlone’s can repair all major brands of hot water heaters.
Are you a landlord?
McGlone’s offer a hassle-free solution for dealing with plumbing problems in rental properties. We work alongside a range of property management companies, individual property managers and landlords.
Whether it’s a leaky downpipe or blocked drains, we can arrange access direct with tenants, and liaise with property managers when required. We supply full detailed invoices and if required, digital images which can be emailed anywhere you need them to go.
We also supply free quotes and can arrange to meet on site to discuss the best options and advice.
Working with many landlords, we understand the need for prompt service as it is often not until a serious problem occurs that the tenant rings and advises there is an issue.
We appreciate the need to keep communication open with the property manager if there are any major issues with the job and we ensure transparency of the tasks we carry out. Work requests can be phoned, faxed or emailed through.
